If you are like us you have probably had Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande's instant Pride anthem, "Rain on Me" on repeat since it dropped late Thursday night. Now the diva duo has released a full-on music video for the collab, and this was reportedly filmed right before the world shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so no Zooming for Mother Monster!

The video for "Stupid Love," the lead single off Chromatica, featured Gaga—dressed as if Jem from Jem and the Holograms were a Power Rangers villain—leading a tribe of futuristic little monsters through the desert, all in the pursuit of love. With some epic dance moves thrown in, of course.

"Rain on Me" switches the desert aesthetic for a dance party in the middle of an empty post-apocalyptic thunderdome? Who knows. All that matters is that Gaga and Grande are dancing in a downpour, all while wearing latex bodysuits and some fierce platform boots—and it is pure joy.

“She was so open to trying things that she hasn’t done before,” Gaga told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe about working with Grande. “It was this beautiful, I think very healing process for me, not necessarily having a female artist that mentored me as I came up.”

Chromatica will be released Friday, May 29. The record was originally slated to drop in April, but the “Bad Romance” singer followed the example of other artists and opted to postpone the release, citing the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

“This is such a hectic and scary time for all of us,” Gaga tweeted in March, “and while I believe art is one of the strongest things we have to provide joy and healing to each other during times like this, it just doesn’t feel right to me to release this album with all that is going on during this global pandemic.”
