Here He Comes, International Mr. Gay

Mr. Gay Israel Nathan Shaked was crowned the winner of the International Mr. Gay Competition 2007, hosted by comedian Bruce Vilanch in Palm Springs. Second place went to American Grant Ermis, and third place went to the Netherlands' Joep Mesman. According to event producer Don Spradlin, Mr. Gay will, “serve as a spokesman to raise the visibility of gay men, confront homophobia, and create a positive role model in his travels around the world.” And for his trouble, Shaked will receive a modeling contract, a Caribbean cruise and a trip to Puerto Vallarta.
