Oh Snap! Celebrities Look Pretty (And "Talk" About Africa) For Vanity Fair Covers
These celebs do important work, got it?
OK, some of the guys on the covers of Vanity Fair's July issue seem pretty legit. It's the magazine's special Africa Issue, and Annie Leibovitz took pictures of 21 differnet celebrities and political figures for their 20 different covers. It's supposed to depict this big group of super-powerful people talking to each other about Africa.
The above is of Djimon Hounsou and Mo; her focus is the one million plus orphans in Malawai with HIV/AIDS - and, we all know, she even adopted a Malawi kid!
Check out another cover after the jump!
And here's the Big O, (with Bill Gates and his wife looking really creepy on the sidelines) her ish being education and her Leadership Academy for Girls she founded in South Africa, as well as funding other schools, through her Angel Network.
Barack Obama, George and Condoleezza, Jay-Z, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, just to name a few, also appear on the special covers. Oh, and Bono, of course.
You can check out the rest of them here, if you are so inclined.
