Video Lunch: Fergie - "Clumsy"
I’m happy Fergie’s put out five singles for her album, The Dutchess, at this point…I’m by no means Fergie’s biggest fan, but that was a good album, plain and simple. And although I agree with some comments that “Clumsy,” single Number 5, isn’t that radio-friendly, I really do like it – and I liked it back when I bought The Dutchess. (The track samples from Little Richard’s “The Girl Can’t Help It,” by the way.)
The video's also cute and well-done...and I’ve also never seen Fergie look so good as she did on that DSquared2 runway (or on that pop-up book version of a runway, anyway) before her Janice Dickinson-esque fall. Later on, for that car scene, Fergie goes totally dragalicious, which is hard not to love.
And I’m glad they crammed the excessive lip-gloss and cell-phone product placement into the very end. If you gotta do it...

i think i have to change my mind. the more i hear it the more i love it. and yeah, it's totally radio-friendly. this might be the single that gets me to finally buy the album!
