2007 Holiday Gift Guide: Cute T-Shirts Alert!

You can never have to much shine or sparkle during the holidays, right girls?
Remember as a kid when getting clothes for a gift was totally lame. Oh, how you've grown up... Now, you or your friends can never have enough cute T-shirts. And since you buy everything else online, you might as well do some holiday shopping for some hot graphic T-shirts, right?
Here are five cool shirtmakers that deliver the goods.
Founded a few years back by gay New Yorkers Collin Spencer and Austin Green, Minoritees T’s have been on the backs (and fronts) of celebs like Janet Jackson, Top Model’s Mr. Jay Emanuel, and you might have spotted them in a few episodes of Noah’s Arc, too.
They usually feature fun, jokey witticisms (often with a fun spin on racial stereotypes ) or just smart, design-y graphics. Wanna discount? Of course you do... Then enter the code “FROPIC” when making a purchase of $20 or more and you’ll get $5 off. Sweet!
More cool T-shirt shopping options after the jump!

Dangerous Breed's new riffs on St. Sebastian, and the gays in Iran issue. And their classic "Ski Iraq" graphic.
You’ve seen the supercool Dangerous Breed T’s around a while. You know, the “Ski Iraq” shirt that Billy loved on Six Feet Under? Yep, Brooklyn’s Jim Morrison (no, not the dead “Door”) made that famous Dangerous Breed shirt, but it’s just the tip of the iceberg.
New additions to the line include a “St. Sebastian” T-shirt, and the headline-savvy “Come Out to Iran” shirt, which is brand new. Dangerous Breed also has a cool bunch of graphic hoodies and totes, too.
Social commentary and fun-spirited art makes for good T-shirts. The smart goofballs at The Art Donor combine those elements with stylin’ results.
I like the “Celebrate Diversity” T-shirt (above, top), with its two headed cloned “Dolly” lamb. They’ve also got fun posters, stickers, and aprons, too. And a really cool website.
Don’t let their self-deprecating name fool you. No Star makes some kick-ass T’s for snarky and sharp boys and girls, etc. How can you not love their “Football Is Gay” design? Or their “Ass Man” riff on the Democratic Donkey. Politics + casual fashion? Yes, please.

One more T from No Star. "Guns Don't Kill People... People with mustaches kill people." Okkaaaaayyyy?

"Need some 'Lipstick' women? Or maybe just "Brokeback' of beaver-themed fun?"
And here’s to saving the gayest ’til last... Queer Republic makes “T-Shirts for Everybody (But Mostly Homos).” So, yes... Your PFLAG mom or fag-hag best galpal can totally rock these, too. They’re based in Atlanta, so let’s show some love down South.
Happy T-shirt shopping, kids!
