Angry Puppy Gay Geek Video Blog: Blu-Ray, Torchwood, and Movies That Deserve a Second Chance

Gaygeekvideoblog

-- Brian Juergens from AfterElton.com

Marc and Lee are back to talk about Blu-ray's victory over HD DVD and using the AppleTV's new features to replace an accidentally erased Lost. They also clarify Neil Gaiman's comments regarding Torchwood and give their impressions of the new episode "Meat". Finally, they review the sci fi/parkour movie District 13 (or at least the actors) and recommend "10 Movies That Deserve a Second Chance".

Check it out after the break!

Guess I'll have to start buying blu-rays for now on. Loved the list of movies that deserve a second chance too. Thanks for the update! :)

Oh dear, oh dear ...

Waterworld was an awesome movie, and you're singing aeon flux's praises? Season Two of Torchwood better than Season 1?

What is this madness? :o

Marc was saying that the criticism of Waterworld is justified - as an example of movies that aren't in our list of movies that deserve a second chance - or even the first chance.

I wouldn't sing Aeon Flux's praises exactly, but I just don't see why it got panned as much as it did. It has an 11% at Rotten Tomatoes right now. It may not have been the best movie, but it's definitely better than, for example, 1997's Contact which has a 65%. I still shudder thinking about that awful ending.

The point is that for some reason, these movies got bad reputations that spiralled out of control, even though they may not be *as bad* as you might think.

Great video for LGBT. Actually, such a kind of video for LGBT especially can be views at the bisexual dating site http://www.bimingle.com , bisexual there would like to show more. That's will be great
