Kylie Minogue Performs "All I See" on Dancing With the Stars!

I've voiced disappointment Kylie Minogue's first X single in the U.S. is the mellow "All I See" track - and I can't say this performance on Dancing With The Stars changes my mind. Don't get me wrong: Kylie's still fierce, and the crowd's totally feelin' her; it's just not as fun as say ... "Wow," or even "2 Hearts," would have been. The sound's also kind of messed up in this clip...

And it looks like Kylie's management decided to break out the big guns for her follow-up: Here she performs her biggest U.S. success, "Can't Get You Out of My Head" ...

Watch it after the jump!

Now this video is awesome, I admit - especially when those funky dancers come in - and Kylie's dominatrix outfit is hilarious. But come on - that came out in 2002! Let the Americans hear what else X has to offer!

Colin, I'm just as perplexed as you are about "All I See" being the US single. It's a boring song. I said "filler track" the first time I heard it. "Sensitized" or even "Heart Beat Rock" would have been better choices if they didn't want the glittery pop factor of "Wow" (and who wouldn't).

And to have Kylie sing without some kind of backing vocals is just mean. I love her but she and I both know her voice is a little thin live.

Kylie is trying to break into the urban U.S. market with All I See. I do have to admit I didn't really like the song at first, but it grew on me. By the way, her biggest hit in the U.S. was The Locomotion. Which peaked at #3 in 1988.
