The new "adult" Abercrombie & Fitch quarterly should be framed and hung up at a bear bar. - Towleroad

Audrina Partridge is happy to be playing a new role in an upcoming movie project. Good to hear. The Hills wasn't channeling her inner actress. – USWeekly

Julie Goldman's Celesbian Interviews Special: DANI CAMPBELL

-- Sarah Warn from AfterEllen.com

Comedians Julie Goldman and Kate McKinnon are back with a new round of The Julie Goldman Interviews Special. First up: Tila Tequila survivor finalist Dani Campbell.

While fending off not very subtle advances from Kate, Dani talks with Julie about shooting Tequila and being a firefighter.

New Chromeo Video - "Fancy Footwork"

Oooh, yeeeah - P Thugg and Dave 1 are continuing their "sensual conquest of Planet Earth" with another round of synth-pop perfection. The beats on the title track of Chromeo's sophomore album ... they're just so well-done.

I can't stop thinking of Dave 1 - real name David Macklovitch - as an undergraduate professor at Columbia ... which he is. Singing about seducing women on the dance floor usually requires more of a bad-ass factor - but I suppose that's part of Chromeo's Flight of the Conchords-esque charm.

Enjoy more freaky, disembodied legs, guys!

John Waters' Fruitcake Gets Nutty With Posey & Knoxville

-- Brian Juergens from AfterElton.com

Forget Milk, who wants Fruitcake?!

Yes, beloved fairy godfather (or, as he prefers, "Filth Elder") John Waters is back for a new movie and has landed gay-fave Parker Posey and bad boy Johnny Knoxville in two of the roles.

The movie is called Fruitcake and here's what we know about it so far (courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter):

New Mariah Carey "Bye, Bye" Video

I'm already over this whole Mariah Carey fake marriage to Nick Cannon thing - I really just can't buy it, I'm sorry - and her new E=MC2 single, loaded with "home videos" of "the couple," is just annoying me even more. Although, I do enjoy the scene of Mimi wiping away a single, glistening tear on that grandma couch.

Now, I love E=MC2 - even though I wish the label had gone with "Cruise Control" or "Side Effects" as the follow-up to "Touch My Body" - and as far as my love for Mariah herself? I'm still recovering from her threatening her backup singer mid-song on Good Morning America.

So Mariah's amazing, but "Bye, Bye" is pretty lame to me. Waitin' for the next one... (P.S. I'm totally that little gay boy crying while getting her autograph.)

Twilight Teaser Trailer Sees Daylight

-- Dorothy Snarker from AfterEllen.com

I've always had a bit of a thing for vampires. They're immortal. They're dangerous. They're night owls. Now, my vampire thing doesn't extend to putting on pointy teeth or biting the unsuspecting (well, not unless they ask). And I live in California, so I clearly love the sun. Still, I've watched way more than my fair share of sucky vampire movies. Which is why I was a little surprised I hadn't clued into Twilight sooner.

You can see why I might have missed the best-selling young-adult book series by Stephenie Meyer. Harry Potter notwithstanding, it's simply the wrong age bracket. While I'd heard chatter both on AfterEllen.com and elsewhere about the film, I hadn't paid close attention. I had my teenage vampire movie, thank you very much. It was called Lost Boys. But then, well, then I saw the teaser trailer.

Jay Brannan to Release Debut Album goddamned This Summer

Jaybrannangoddamned

I was starting to worry about cutie, gay singer Jay Brannan: Post-Shortbus, he's been hustling for his career in music - we covered Jay's Unmastered EP, and we interviewed him for NewNowNext NOISE - and it looks like he's felt the pressure of the biz. On Jay's MySpace, he sings he kind of just wants to be a guacamole-making "housewife," and in March, he posted a blog entry titled Album Schmalbum. ... Don't give up, Jay!

Well, Jay didn't give up, and his full-length debut, called goddamned, is officially happening. He produced the album on his own label called - oh, Jay, cheer up! - Great Depression Records. Jay will also go on tour this summer starting July 11, right after goddamned's release.

And now enjoy the music video for "Body's a Temple" - which is kind of old, I know ...

And check Jay's tour dates and locations after the jump...
