Shameless Sexy Post: The Hottest & Tiniest Swimsuits For Your Summer!

Hotmemorialdaybeach

Since we here at NewNowNext are all about keeping you gays as cute and relevant as everyone expects you to be, how about a lesson in what some majuh gay mags - including Attitude, Genre and OUT - are forecasting for hot looks of summer '08? There will be visual aids to help the easily-distracted among you ... and by visual aids, I mean big pictures of practically-naked male models!

In my pain-staking research, I've gleaned this summer is all about teeny-tiny, box-cut, brightly-colored swimsuits. Right, now pull it just a little bit lower... It's also all about colorful underwear - or fundaroos, as I've heard them called - especially when they're paired with getting sprayed by a hose on the beach. White Fruit of the Looms are for straights, yo!

...So, yes, this one of the more blatant and tasteless hot-guy posts in this blog's history, but we're feeling shameless lately, OK? You can also check our NewNowNext Design page for what's new and up-and-coming in the world of style - not just in the world of ultra-revealing swimwear.

Or you can you just look at the man-pictures. There are plenty more after the jump ... but Warning! Excessive pube-creepage!

John and Colin have yet another crush: For this week's Step It Up & Dance v-blog, the Latin assistant choreographer for Broadway's Tony-hogging In The Heights and major Latin dancing expert Luis Salgado paid us a visit! He's our stud-muffin/hot buttered biscuit, to quote our favorite judge Nancy O'Meara. And he even offers us a dancing lesson...

Of course, John and Colin also recap the latest ep: No one got eliminated! Oscar's back! More gays for all!

Keira & Sienna Get Friendly in The Edge of Love

-- browne from AfterEllen.com

I blogged last month about the U.K. June release date for upcoming British film The Edge of Love, starring Sienna Miller and Keira Knightley. A biopic about the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, Edge features Miller as his wife, Caitlin MacNamara, and Knightley as his former flame, Vera Phillips.

The movie has been on my radar – or rather my gaydar – since 2006, when Lindsay Lohan (who was then attached to star in Sienna Miller's role) told MTV, "[Keira] is older than me, but she kind of has a mysterious relationship with my lover. And then there’s somewhat of a lesbian undertone."

Lady GaGa Interview: Take a Ride on Her Disco Stick!

Ladygaga_2

I imagine she has gay groupies, but Lady GaGa may be starting to wonder about me: After interviewing the New York disco-popstress  last week - who rocks her signature 'disco stick' at all her concerts - I've basically been following GaGa around on her series of New York gay bar shows. (I'll be seeing her yet again, as she's an official performer for the upcoming NewNowNext Awards.)

Lady GaGa's debut album, The Fame, comes out this summer, and if you haven't heard single "Just Dance" by now, stop, drop and watch the video below...

Her music's shameless disco extravagance, and her live show is a mix of druggy burlesque and ultra-mod Kylie Minogue. Well, that's my take. GaGa describes herself as 'Freddie Mercury, Boy George and John Lennon in a wig and fishnets at Studio 54.'

Check out our Q&A after the jump. GaGa and I talked about going from Manhattan Catholic school girl to Lower East Side gay club favorite, in addition to her pop-culture inspirations and that raunchy music video...
