Summer Fashion Picks: Cator Sparks' Top Five
Part of NewNowNext Design, our month-long series of tips of what's going to be hot this summer style-wise, today's installment comes from NYC-based bon vivant and fashion PR maven, Cator Sparks. Cator's a dandy, a world-traveler and a writer, and working with the PR firm Brand Pimps, he knows what's scorchingly styling out there.
So ... Here are his recommendations of what's going to be worthy of your summer lovin' ... As Cator himself puts it, "I'm all about the traditional look this summer—think 'old money/Kennedy clan' looks!"
1. Yoko Devereaux's new line of necklaces called Old Money. Need I say more?
2. Mens espadrilles by Ropey Soles. Made by hand the old-school way!
3. Tim Hamilton double-breasted blazer: Snug fit and looks good on a yacht or at an AC/DC concert.
4. Rod Keenan straw hat. This is his new Bridge line, and the blue one with martinis on the brim is soooo Thurston Howell III.
5. Seersucker shorts from Brooks Brothers. Perfect fit! Not a booty short either. A day-to-evening-dream-come-true for the Hamptons.
Any to thr Tim Hamilton! Whoa! The straw hat is hot tho, as are the shoes.
