Focus on The Positive: Red Carpet Outfits That Don't Make Me Sad
Oh, the perils of celebrity ... unlimited budgets, but so much pressure to look amazing ... they're entitled to the occasional fashion face-plant, aren't they? ... or their gay stylists are entitled?
Well, to close out our round of styles and trends dish for LOGO's fashionista hub NewNowNext Design - and to help me recover from these three disasters pictured above - I'm recapping some recent celeb outfits I've actually liked. But sometimes it's just so hard to move on...
I'm also trying to recover from this:
Aaand a little of this:
I know. It's impossible to look away. I love you, Beth Ditto but ... a little traumatic.
Now we're going to a happy place: Here are some fieeerce red carpet outfits from the CFDA Fashion Awards ... and from Bravo's A-List Awards ... and a little NewNowNext Awards got in there somehow. Only good ones, I swear.

Victoria Beckham's been in so many bizarre Marc Jacobs ads lately, I'm wondering if the designer is just f*cking with this cartoon of a woman. He wants to escape, but she won't stop clutching his hand!
But, as someone who does not think Victoria Beckham is hot at all, I'm a little obsessed with this dress she's wearing ... and I'm frustrated with myself because of it. Well, OK, her glossy, orange legs totally trash it up. There.
Wow ... another celebrity who I kind of hate who looks kind of amazing: it's Mandy Moore ... The Princess of Prudes. I'm so impressed with my objectivity lately.
This dress is probably my favorite of any I'm going to talk about and definitely my favorite of the Fashion Awards. The color, the material, the lines ... it's all totally fantastic. Now if only she could stop being so lame. You know she was in bed by 11:30. No one even got to see it!
What's up, Posen? The last person I saw with the cuffed-up jacket was Zac Efron, but I dig that casual-ed up look ... especially since everything this amazing designer has on looks amazingly expensive.

I appreciate I'm still seeing Katie Lee Joel around even though she's not working ... that I know of. She guested on Paula Deen's show on Food Network, but everyone kind of forgot about her when Padma Lakshmi took over her Top Chef gig. She looks good, though!

And presenting at the Bravo Awards, we have Canadian supermodel Stam. The Stam! And there's nothing bad I can say about that hot little number she's got on.

Well, it looks like Niki Taylor went blonde - which I usually hate [cough] Nelly Furtado [cough] Lily Allen - but Niki actually looks hot. I'm also feelin' this swingy red concoction ... which she's either playing with or struggling with on the Bravo stage.
And how about some mens for good measure...? I tend to have less to say clothes-wise with them, but celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito certainly does ... grab my attention.

And Tom Ford can come too.
...! OMFG! Where has she been?! I love Famke Janssen ... Actually. Love. Her. She looks flawless. Flawless!
I need more! Give me more!
Whew ... Now what could ever follow that?
... Candis. Only Candis.
