NewNowNext NOISE Interview With American Teen's Hannah Bailey

Nanette Burstein's new documentary, American Teen, which follows five high-school seniors in the small town of Warsaw, Indiana - think 10 months of shooting, 1,200 hours of footage - has already won Sundance's Directing Award, but, as you'll hear, its star Hannah Bailey is still doing the promotional hustle!

A little background: American Teen follows Hannah as "The Rebel," who actually ends up dating "The Heartthrob" before heading west to become a filmmaker. And a newly-coiffed Hannah talks with John Polly about life after the big premiere, gay-ness in Warsaw and why she'll never do a sequel.

And watch the American Teen trailer after the jump...

I just watched American Teen over the weekend and I was really impressed!

I was able to relate to the story and the characters; I could emphasize with their trials, tribulations, heart breaks, first loves, and anxiousness to leave highschool, but yet the fear of entering college.

I highly highly recommend this one guys!!
I even found the teens' Facebook bios at: americanteenthemovie.com
