Lauren Conrad Goes Greek

OK, I admit it: I'm on Team LC. I don't care who her opponent is — Heidi, Spencer, Audrina, my girlfriend, Kristin Cavallari — I'll support Lauren Conrad in whatever fight she's in this week. There's just something about her that I find endearing. That being said, I love The Hills. (Those who don't, I won't feel bad if you stop reading right now, unless you happen to watch the show Greek.)

Conrad will be making a guest appearance as herself on the ABC Family show about college fraternities this fall. However, we won't get to see how she acts as herself (outside of The Hills, anyway) until the season finale airs on October 28.

 

 

Greek creator Sean Smith described LC's part to Entertainment Weekly:

It's a dream sequence in which Casey and LC are best friends. Casey has a big decision she has to make, and she's like, "LC, what do I do? Advise me!"... Casey holds LC in that high esteem.

I don't know who this Casey is, but she sounds smart.

Conrad has been a target for all kinds of cameras since she put her life on air back in the days of Laguna Beach. As this week's cover girl of Entertainment Weekly, she tells the interviewer she sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night from a nightmare in which she's "being filmed sleeping." It's noted in the feature that her bad dream is the inspiration for the magazine's cover shot.

 

 

I think part of the reason I like Lauren Conrad is she's only trying to be herself. She might not always be authentic, but who can say that they are, honestly? Besides, next to Spencer and Heidi, she's the real deal. (Team LC!)

I love Lauren and all her drama. I am a huge fan of her fashion line. I just signed up for this contest on hautelook.com. Mark cosmetics is giving away front row seats to her fashion show! They put you up in a hollywood hotel, you get to meet lauren and she dresses you for the show! Do you think they will film this for the show?
