New Video from The Bridges: "Pieces"

Gay music and video from NewNowNext.com

The Bridges are a band from Oxford, Alabama, fronted by the very pretty Brittany Painter (think Jenny Lewis, but younger and less dour -- with darker hair) and a trio of other nice-looking women. At first I thought their fifth member, the drummer was a butch slender female, but he's just a skinny guy. Whatevs! Plus, all but Brittany have the last name "Byrd." They're related! Adorable!

Their first single, "Pieces" is getting play on MTVU and no wonder! It's melodic and full of piano, strummy guitars, and dramatic ups and downs. And then they all start harmonizing... Whoa! Nice. Have a look.

More of The Bridges after the jump.

Natalie, Jeremy, Brittany, Isaaca & Stacey are The Bridges. They're all cousins. Or at least really close. Or something...

And here's a behind-the-scenes video of the quintet playing "Pieces" in an apartment, all impromptu-like. Cute!

The Bridges are touring all over the South and the U.S. this fall. Go see them. They're crush-worthy.
