Keri Hilson In-Studio "Energy" Performance

Music, it's another one of those awkward in-studio numbers - and I only say awkward because Yahoo! gives the artist minimal equipment and about two feet to work with ... so they occasionally go south. But I actually really liked this one from Keri Hilson (follow that link for the NNN.com interview with Keri!), mostly because Keri can actually sing. There are even some backup dancers in this one!

Yes, I have personal love for Keri Hilson (she's Timbaland's protege, if the name doesn't ring a bell), and I'm very relieved her In A Perfect World debut - for which "Energy" is the first single - got an official Dec. 9 release date. The video for the album's second single, "Return The Favor," is also in the works ... and I can attest that song is fantastic; Keri did promise the gays would love it!
