Take Home Noah's Arc: The Movie's Official Soundtrack

Noahsarcmoviesoundtrack

Hmmm - how did these boys end up in their underwear again? This always happens with me and Noah's Arc. Oh well, no complaints from me - or from any of you - of course. As you know, the hotness of the ARC boys is coming to the big screen Oct. 24, and before that big day arrives, we highly recommend securing a copy of the Jumping The Broom soundtrack (this lovely photo is on the back); the 15-track CD is available now for pre-order, with an official Oct. 21 release date through Tommy Boy's Silver label.

First listen? The Karmatronic remixes of Michelle Williams and Solange Knowles (all in the Beyonce family!) stand out right away - especially "Sandcastle Disco," which takes on a completely different vibe than the original. And, not what I expected, Noah's Arc creator Patrik-Ian Polk does some singing himself for tracks "Him and Not Me," as well as for a cover of Josh Kelley's "Home to Me." Naturally, the album also features that catchy "Remember Love" theme song we all know and love...

Nikki Jane is a very mature track, I personally love this because of the true, honest way she presents harmonious love. Simple, but very impacting. Nikki Jane is definitely powerful. "I Love You" is a classic!

I am not gay in any manner, but I love the series Noah's Ark and with them being fine and I mean fine and sexy looking men doesn't hurt anything either. I have both season's on DVD and I watch them over and over and I have other people always wanting to borrow my sets but I will not come off of them. I was really hoping that there was going to be a 3rd season and I also hope that I will be able to see the movie, but if it is showing in the area of Nashville, TN, then I will. But I will travel wherever just so that I can see it. I love those guys. (Noah, Alex, Ricky, Chance and Trae). Also the music is on point, especially that song that they played when Chance went to Noah crying when he caught Eddie cheating in him. All of it is outstanding, the casting, soundtrack, writing, etc. OUTSTANDING!

Iam so happy Noah's Arc in back in my life. My girlfriends and I can't wait. We watch the reruns over and over again. I only wish we had season 3,4,5 and so on.

Melez Unity

I agree hopefully this will not be the last time we see this great cast together!

My topic is Noah's Arc. My friends just made me watch a marathon of both seasons (including the "extra" discs).

I love the show and we will definitely be going to see the movie on opening day. (They're making me take the day off for the event), but after being immersed in the show, I can understand why it may have been cancelled.

In season one, you had four beautiful characters, anchored by a very handsome, (although gay) leading man. By the end of season two, you had caricatures of the original cast. Noah went from a well built, gorgeous, young man, who could definitely pull off being with a girl as in season one, to a slight, amoral, ghost of the original character. Alex went from the "mama" of the family to someone NOONE paid any heed. (I do not know any true friends who would have blown off a friends' intuition in terms of someone trying to steal their beau, as in the season two story line - even when seeing the letter!) It would have been more believible had Alex went off on the character and put HIM out, not the boyfriend putting Alex out.

Ricky and the Professor's character were both properly developed, however they were not the MAIN characters. The show was a hit, because of Noah. Oh, and two more things: One, what happened to the lighting? In season one, you had a warm glow to each scene, and in season two, the lighting was more harsh. Second, if you get another chance, go get the original hair stylist and clothing designer for Noah. He went from Hot to played out. Each week, his hair, and clothes was cutting edge, awesome. He went from that to a girly wannabe with those tired half shirts. Change that.

My friends and I are definitely looking forward to the movie, and wish the cast and crew well. We know of people who are driving or flying to Chicago to see it.

This movie is not playing in Boston, Connecticut or New York for that matter.... I am truly upset that this movie is not even listed on yahoo as a new movie that is coming out this weekend... why isn't this movie being advertised more and why is boston eliminating it from this weekend's openings... Truly upset I cannot go see this tonite!
