...'cause we know you gays love some Food Network: NNN.com writer Colin and LOGOonline senior producer and frequent vlog star Jon decided to put that love and devotion to good use ... and make a Food Network vlog!

OK, we're not too ambitious here: think less imparting of useful information, and more road-testing Food Network recipes while sipping cocktails and chatting about favorite Food Network hosts and moments. And each vlog episode will focus on one host and his/her recipes. Sound good? Let us know what you think; we're still in the experimental phase!

 

For your reference, we are making spinach salad in Parmesan "frico" cups - but we also kick off things with (possibly one too many) "Sgroppinos" ... so can you guess today's pick?
