So, 2008 is ending which means it's time to look back at all the best-of stuff from this past year. You know, best of movies, celebs, music, news stories, Britney moments -- the important stuff.

MTV News reporter (and Top Model alum) Kim Stolz was nice enough to chime in and offer her take on some of 2008's music finds. And she's picked the newest lil' bands that made a dent in 08, and who are poised to twist your panties full-on in '09. Have a look! How many of these artists do you love already?
