Kesha And Lady Gaga Score Major 2018 Grammy Nominations

The nominations for the 60th Grammys were announced this morning with Jay-Z and Kendrick Lamar leading the pack with eight and seven nominations, respectively.

Bruno Mars received six nods and SZA became this year's most nominated female artist with five nominations.

Lorde is nominated for Album of the Year for Melodrama, and the pop solo performance category sees some of your favorite divas battling it out for the trophy as Kelly Clarkson, Lady Gaga, Kesha and P!nk are all nominated against one another.

Lady Gaga's Joanne and Kesha's Rainbow are also both nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album. While Come From Away, Dear Evan Hansen and Hello Dolly! are the three cast records battling it out for Best Musical Theater Album.

Out songwriters Justin Tranter and Shane McAnally were also nominated for Best Song of the Year and Best Country Song, respectively.

Carrie Fisher received a posthumous nomination this year, Best Spoken Word album for her final memoir, The Princess Diarist.
