Here Are Your Winners For The 2018 Oscars
It was uncertain how the 90th Academy Awards would handle a political climate consisting of movements like Time's Up, but after tonight's ceremony, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, it turns out that the Academy voted not to rock the boat too much.
Over the course of the evening there were very few upsets or surprises, with The Shape of Water walking away with Best Picture at the end of the night.
It would be hard to beat Moonlight's shocking win last year, but some of 2017's best queer films still had a moment to shine during this year's Oscars. Out screenwriter-filmmaker James Ivory won Best Adapted Screenplay for Call Me By Your Name, and A Fantastic Woman, starring trans actress Daniela Vega, won Best Foreign Film.
