We've been fans of news anchor Thomas Roberts, well, ever since this site existed (back when we were AfterElton, we nabbed one of the first interviews with Thomas after his public coming-out), and we're delighted to see that his career has continued to grow.

His 11:00 AM MSNBC show is must-see viewing, as it's the only daytime news program to regularly deal with LGBT issues, and he's not afraid to call out the homophobia in mainstream media.
