Queen of Jordan returns to 30 Rock this evening, the often unintentionally hilarious reality show Tracy Jordan’s (Tracy Morgan) wife Angie (Sherri Shepherd) stars in. So in honor of this great occasion, we are taking a look at the five best reality show parodies of all time, all time of course basically being the past ten years. Enjoy!
MILF ISLAND
Queen of Jordan was not the first reality show 30 Rock introduced to viewers, with that honor going to the amazing MILF Island. A takeoff of Survivor, this program found mothers some would like to fu*k competing in a series of island challenges to win the attention and approval of teenage boys. When eliminated, they were forced to remove their bikini and throw it in the fire. We mean, who does not love a fake show that kicks women off by saying this: “We no longer want to hit it”?
REAL HOUSEWIVES OF DISNEY
The lone bright spot in Lindsay Lohan’s return to Saturday Night Live was this skit that featured a drunk Cinderella, sexually confused Prince Charming, money troubled Jasmine and explained that Sleeping Beauty’s sleep problems may have more to do with her love for the nose candy than a chance encounter with a spindle.

RENO 911
Though a parody it is pretty difficult to tell the difference between Reno 911 and Cops. Both feature seemingly ineffective law enforcement officers chasing down the most mindless and meaningless of criminals, with an emphasis on drug addicts and prostitutes. Cops however never showed a group of officers TP’ing a fellow officers house, making 911 the superior show.
AFTER LATELY
This scripted look at life behind the scenes at Chelsea Lately can get a bit ridiculous, but it is all worth it for the celebrity appearances that find popular stars skewering themselves including Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and even young Justin Bieber.
