The television season is over, leaving us with nothing but reality programming and the very sexy True Blood and Teen Wolf to last us until September. No need to fear though friends, as we have five shows you likely missed this season that are worth a view. So fire up that Hulu or Netflix and get watching.
Archer
This animated show on FX was kind of just something we kept on after watching episodes of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia initially, but while it started a bit weak it is now one of the funniest shows on television. What’s more, the show features the vocal talent of Jessica Walters, Judy Greer, Chris Parnell, Aisha Tyler and Sterling Archer himself, H. Jon Benjamin. Give it a try, you’ll thank us later.
Grimm
This is the show everyone makes fun of us for watching but we don’t really care as it is awesome and scary and stars Dave Giuntoli of Road Rules fame. Yes, that Dave Giuntoli. Basically Dave plays a Grimm, someone able to see supernatural creatures that look like ordinary people to everyone else. We know how it sounds, but just trust us and watch it.
Happy Endings
Did you really think we were going to leave off our favorite show of the season? It is like Friends if the cast of Friends were more believable and really, really funny. So watch it if you like Friends, watch it if you hate Friends, but just be sure to watch it. It’s amahz-ing.
The Good Wife
This show was so, so good and then got moved to Sunday nights so we stopped watching. Idiot move CBS. We do however plan on catching up with our fave lawyers over the summer though, if only to see that Archie Panjabi lady love scene everyone has been talking about.
Fringe
We have been meaning to watch this from the beginning and still haven’t but all our geeky friends say it is a must. And who knows television better than your geeky friends?
