A Drag Queen Dressed Like The Babadook Got Engaged At Seattle Pride

You can bring me the queen!

We’ve reached peak Babadook, folks: Seattle drag queen Fraya Love dressed up like the newly adopted gay icon at Seattle Pride over the weekend, and was surprised by a proposal from her boyfriend.

In a video, Fraya admits she had no idea it was going to happen, even though her BF had corralled Amazon and fellow drag queen Donatella into helping. “It’s kind of like you’re the last person to know Santa Claus doesn’t exist.”

Fraya was working the parade when an Amazon Prime van pulled up and workers hopped out and handed flowers to spectators before Fraya’s boo hopped out and got on one knee. So romantic—terrifying, but romantic
