Everyone was talking about Jonas this weekend, but in Hell's Kitchen there was a different man on everybody's lips: JuanFer De La Torre, the winner of Andrew Christian's first East Coast model search.

"I'm quite excited about having the search in New York," Christian told NewNowNext about the event, held at 42West.

"It's a great chance for guys who might not know to get started in modeling have the opportunity to try out as a model for my brand."

What scored De La Torre the win?

"My customers are from diverse backgrounds and I try to portrait that in the models I choose," says Christian. "There are many qualities I look for: Of course, good looks and a nice body, but most importantly a great personality. As a model for Andrew Christian they are representing the brand."

Yes, that's what we all look for in an underwear model—personality!
