Specifically Pharrell Williams.

Williams was a big winner, both with awards and performances, but his biggest accomplishment had to be breaking the Internet with a statement headpiece that made him look like a Canadian Royal Mountie or Curious George’s human pal.

Pharrell was not the only meme-maker: Madonna’s outfits for the evening also gathered attention—her red-carpet look was compared to the guy on the Quaker Oats box:

Other doppelgängers included Karl Lagerfeld, Diane Keaton and the creepy guy from Poltergeist 2.
