Fortnum and Mason, a 311-year-old luxury department store expanded its biblical "Adam & Eve" couple's cookies into new territory, adding "Adam & Steve" and "Eve & Niamh." (pronounced "Neeve," Niamh is the daughter of the Irish sea god of the sea.) treats to its lineup.

The new additions are a play on conservative Christians complaint that, in the Bible, "It's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve."

"Delicately hand-iced exclusively for Fortnum’s, these gingerbread biscuits are baked to perfection to make a most memorable and, indeed, delicious gift for your loved one this Valentine’s Day," reads the description on the store's website. A tin of "Adam & Steve" or "Eve & Niamh" cookies will run you £15 (roughly $20) but, sadly, the queer treats are only available in the U.K.

"We are delighted with the response to this collection," a rep from Fortnum & Mason told Pink News. "We can’t think of better biscuits to enjoy with a cup of tea this Valentine’s Day."

Here's hoping the positive reception encourages Fortnum & Mason to bring the cookies stateside at Williams Sonoma, its only U.S. retailer.
