Adam Lambert Belts Out Queen's "Somebody To Love" In Astounding "X Factor" Performance: WATCH

Adam Lambert and the members of Queen rocked the U.K.'s X Factor reality show with a rousing and astounding rendition of "Somebody to Love" this week. Sporting red ribbons in honor of HIV/AIDS awareness, and former frontman and gay icon Freddie Mercury, the band delivered a thrilling performance and garnered a standing ovation from the cheering audience. The show's judges were brought to their feet as well, including resident sour puss Simon Cowell and Mel B. (Scary Spice).

The real stand-out, though, was Lambert, the American Idol runner-up who has been touring and performing with Queen since 2012. The openly gay singer showed off his immense vocal range, crafting a modern version of the rock classic that even Mercury would be proud of. Check out that astounding final belt!

How he didn't win Idol continues to astound us.
