Alaska Serves Deanna Troi “Star Trek” Realness at San Diego Comic Con

We are obsessed.

Beam us up to the USS Henterprise, henny!

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 2 winner Alaska is slithering around San Diego Comic Con as she hits the annual geek mecca promoting her role in the new Sharknado movie, The Last Sharknado: It’s About Time, the sixth—and final—installment of the beloved series.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Alaska sat down with her Sharknado co-stars, including Tara Reid and out actor Jonathan Bennett, to discuss what it was like filming the incredibly bonkers movie, but of course the conversation turned to Alaska’s look since she was serving full Deanna Troi from Star Trek: The Next Generation realness.

“How long did it take?” asks ET host Kevin Frazier, when he brings up the subject of Alaska’s giant hair.

“I don’t know. I wasn’t there when they did it, I was across town,” Alaska jokes. “No, actually I woke up this way.”

The Drag Race queen looks so natural in an Enterprise uniform we need to see her on the next season of Star Trek: Discovery immediately.

Will Alaska survive The Last Sharknado? Probably not, but she won’t go down without a fight, so we will have to tune in to see her fate when the movie airs August 20 on Syfy.

I write about drag queens. Dolly Parton once ruffled my hair and said I was "just the cutest thing ever."
