Unsurprisingly, most replied with a variation of "I love all my fans!" but whether they're being honest or just paying lip service is a question worth asking in the wake of David Archuleta's recent controversy.

Our favorite responses came from Jax, who followed up her "I love gay men! They're my favorite!" comment with a self-conscious "says every girl ever." (Truth!) And then there's Qaasim, who admits that were it not for gay people—matchmakers that we are—his parents never would have met each other. Aww!
