What’s Amit Paley’s mission as CEO of The Trevor Project? “To make all LGBTQ youth feel proud and comfortable being who they are.”

Paley continues to lead the charge at the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for young queer people, helping to increase the non-profit's reach in face of the dangerous Trump administration. “We’ve expanded our digital and chat crisis services to be 24/7 for the first time in our 21-year history,” he tells Logo. “[I’m hopeful we can] reach every young person who needs our help and support.”
