Amy Sedaris And Jane Krakowski Get Crafty And Sing A Song About Glue

"If you're feeling extra moxie use industrial epoxy."

Amy Sedaris is a national treasure and TV staple, guest starring in everything from Broad City and Difficult People to Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and The Good Wife—but she hasn’t starred in her own series since Strangers With Candy ended back in 2000.

Now Sedaris is finally stepping in front of the camera in a show of her own: At Home With Amy Sedaris. The 10-episode half-hour scripted comedy will feature the comedian using “imaginative characters and unique point of view to create a rich world that showcases her diverse – but necessary – homemaking skills, from Frenching beans, to gutting a trout, to crocheting miniature sweaters, to entertaining businessmen.”

“I’ve been doing this show in my head for years. It will be terrific to get it on TV so I can free up some wiggle room up in my skull,” Sedaris said when the show was announced earlier this year.

If you’re a fan of Sedaris’ books, I Like You and Simple Times: Crafts For Poor People, then you should clear some time in your schedule for this show because it looks like her bestsellers brought to life.

Get ready for lots of gingham and crafts galore when you go behind-the-scenes of the series below.

At this week’s Television Critics Association panel, the first scene from At Home With Amy Sedaris was screened. It featured Jane Krakowski and Sedaris attempting to do a craft project together—but they end up singing about glue instead. Watch the cute number below.
