Ace lady reporter Damiana Garcia (the drag alter ego of Michael Lucid) has covered many an exclusive story and fabulous event for World of Wonder (the production company behind “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” “Drag U” and “The Arrangement”) – she’s even rocked the red carpet at the 2010 NewNowNext Awards. Now Damiana embarks on a new weekly web sketch series - “The Damiana Files”!
Each week Damiana will put her investigative reporter skills to the test as she talks to a different fascinating individual (played by many of the funniest sketch performers to be found in LA and the interweb at large).
In her first episode, Damiana visits former “Charlie’s Angel” Tanya Roberts (played here by the hilarious Drew Droege of “Chloe Sevigny” and “Fagney & Gaycey” viral video fame) for some of Tanya’s affordable interior decorating tips, along with a heaping portion of crazy.
The “Damiana Files” theme song is by gay music duo The Hmmm.
