During a "Ridiculist" segment on his (night-time) show Tuesday night about a little-known holiday celebrated in Buffalo, NY called "Dyngus Day," Anderson Cooper once again broke down into a full-on case of the giggles. After managing to get through "Dyngus Day," and even lightly poking fun at a local saying the word was funny because there was a "y" in it, Cooper was slayed by the double-entendre filled description of the holiday's rituals:

"The quirky little ritual includes boys sprinkling girls they fancy with water and the girls striking back with a tap from a pussy willow branch."

That's when Anderson lost it, again. You might remember that his last giggle fit to become major national news last August also involved bathroom puns. Between this and not eating spinach, Coop really is a 9-year-old trapped in a 40-something body:
