Anderson Cooper Reveals Secrets Of The Gay Cabal: "The Catering Is Quite Amazing"

Last week, Ellen Degeneres fired back at anti-gay writer Larry Tomczak, who claimed she's forcing a gay agenda on young viewers. Now fellow out TV personality Anderson Cooper has taken up the charge.

"I've never been to the secret meeting where the gays plot their agenda," said AC on a recent "Ridiculist" segment, "though I imagine the catering is quite amazing. But thanks to someone named Larry Tomczak my eyes have been opened. Larry says there's an avalanche sweeping across our society today. It's not a trickle, it's a tsunami. The mixed metaphor, by the way, is all Larry's."

He goes on to skewer Tomczak's notion that there is a "gay lifestyle" indoctrinating youth across the country: "Now look, I don't know what a gay lifestyle is. I know gay police officers and doctors, gay marines and ministers, even a couple gay TV news anchors believe it or not. And all the ones I know just want to be able to live their lives with the same kind of rights and responsibilities as everyone else."

Tomczak suggests Americans watch I Love Lucy and Leave It to Beaver to get this country back on track, an idea Cooper wholeheartedly endorses. "I grew up watching I Love Lucy and I'm as straight as they come."

Touché.
