Instinct reported that the National Enquirer reported that Andy Cohen's new mini-memoir,The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look at a Shallow Year, divulges some dish about Kevin Spacey's rumored homosexuality.

In one chapter, Cohen recalls being at the U.S. Open men's finals in September 2013 where, "Kevin Spacey was in front of us with a face full of makeup and three male companions who were definitely NOT raising any questions."

Would Kevin appear in public in full-on beat face? It's hard to believe.

Elsewhere, Cohen implicates Neil Patrick Harris during a visit to Watch What Happens Live: "NPH and I talked about a lot of gay stuff, including debating Kevin Spacey. I still get enraged when I think about [Spacey] talking about being in love with that woman on 60 Minutes. Come out, sir.”

Gay rumors about Spacey have circulated for years, but will Cohen's "revelations" have any impact?
