Are Gay Men Waiting For Sex Till Marriage?

With gays infiltrating the mainstream and marriage equality recognized in more and more states, we suppose it shouldn't be too surprising there are gay people who are waiting to have sex until marriage.

It shouldn't be, but it kind of is.

YouTuber Arielle Scarcella of Girlfriends TV explores the topic with two gay men—Gilbert of North Hollywood and Paul of Kansas City, Missouri—who are waiting to put a ring on it before they give it up.

"I save sex for marriage because I believe it is much more than an act of pleasure," says Paul. "I believe sex is first and foremost a bonding mechanism, both physiologically and spiritually."

But the guys aren't throwing shade on boys who have sex while single. "I don't believe it makes you a better person because you're not having sex until marriage," says Gilbert.

Of course, all this begs the question, What do you consider sex? Are you waiting to perform that one special act until your wedding night, or is the whole region on lockdown?
