Artist Turns Food Into Amazing Celebrity Portraits Of Caitlyn Jenner, Gaga, Rihanna And More

New York-based artist Jessie Bearden says she's more inspired by colors than food.

Thirty-eight years after Caitlyn Jenner graced the cover of the Wheaties box, her likeness has been recreated from a box of spilled Wheaties by artist Jessie Bearden.

The New York-based artist recently traded traditional art supplies for food, and has been creating some amazing portraits of celebrities on Instagram ever since.

"I got really sick of painting because it was just too limiting," the 23-year-old told People. "And pop culture seemed like a natural subject for me."

Bearden says her portraits are 100 percent legit and can sometimes take up to four hours. Since she started posting her work on Instagram, she's been commissioned to make food portraits for major corporations including Jelly Belly and McDonald's.

Check out some of Bearden's most impressive work below.
