Madonna shared a photograph on social media with all six of her children taken during a recent visit to a Malawi hospital named after her daughter, Mercy James.

The pop icon and her family made the trip to Blantyre, Malawi, to mark the one-year anniversary of Madonna's charity, Raising Malawi, opening the hospital.

In the picture, Madge is standing between David Banda and Mercy, both 12. Twenty-year-old Lourdes Leon and Rocco Ritchie, 17 are there, as are twins Esther and Stella, 5, in the front row.

The "Rebel Heart" singer's four adopted children were all born in Malawi.
