In a bold, bold move we would've expected from a trashy gossip mag, the New Yorker has just gone rogue and outed everyone's favorite lifelong bachelors Bert and Ernie on the cover of their latest issue. The audacity!

The mag's cover shows B and E snuggling at home, watching a black and white TV announcing the news that DOMA has been struck down. We can't be positive what happens next, but we're pretty sure the boys soon started planning their summer ceremony. Then hit up the local gay bar on Sesame Street.
