Warner Bros. Wants Beyoncé And Bradley Cooper In A "Star Is Born" Remake. But Do We?

Warner Bros. is itching to film another remake of A Star is Born, and it wants Beyoncé and Bradley Cooper to appear in it.

The film—already made three times with Janet Gaynor, Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand—revolves around a young starlet and the leading man who fades into the background as her fame soars.

Beyoncé had initially been linked to the project in 2011, with Clint Eastwood lined up to direct. Now, apparently, Warner Bros. wants Cooper to make his directing debut with the film, and take up the role of the fading movie idol, played by James Mason in the 1957 Judy Garland version.

Will Smith, Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio and Christian Bale have all be mentioned at various times.

So, America, do we want to see Queen Bey and American Sniper in A Star Is Born?
