Let Brandi Carlile Serenade You From the Comfort of Your Home

The out singer will join some of country music's biggest stars for an at-home CBS concert special.

Brandi Carlile is teaming up with some of country music’s biggest stars for ACM Presents: Our Country, a new televised concert special from CBS.

The out country crooner will perform an acoustic set remotely from her home in the two-hour show, slated to air in April in place of the Academy of Country Music Awards, which were pushed back to September because of the coronavirus pandemic, Deadline reports.

The star-studded concert will include conversations from performers as well as archival clips from ACM’s 55-year history. Late country great Kenny Rogers, a 10-time ACM Award winner, will also be honored with performances by Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley, and Darius Rucker.

Artists confirmed to perform include Sheryl Crow, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, and Gwen Stefani, among others.

Carlile took to Twitter Thursday to announce her participation in the virtual country music fest.

It’s hardly the first blockbuster show for Carlile, whose résumé includes three major Grammy wins for 2018’s By the Way, I Forgive You and a spot in The Highwomen, an all-female country supergroup.

Catch ACM Presents: Our Country next Sunday, April 5, at 8pm ET on CBS Television Network and CBS All Access.
