Briefs: Ryan Murphy Gives More Finn Clues, Chris Hayes Taken To Task, and Reaction to Darren Young Coming Out

Birthday shoutouts go to Joe Jonas (above), who is 24, Debra Messing is 45, and Jennifer Lawrence is 23.

Ryan Murphy has announced that Finn will not die of an accidental drug overdose (which they were seriously considering), and Glee may not actually reveal the cause of the character's death.

Bill Nighy was almost The Doctor.

Eight Horrific and Uplifting Stories About Being Gay in the New Russia

Here's another quick tease for American Horror Story: Coven

I'm a big fan of Chris Hayes and his MSNBC show, but his report the other night on the Russia mess was not his finest hour. He seemed ill-informed and dismissive about how bad it is. Thankfully, Harvey Fierstein called him on it, and appeared last night to discuss the situation.

Next up was Dan Savage, who tried to explain to an incredulous Chris why the vodka boycott actually is a success.

Ru, make this happen.

The reaction to WWE wrestler Darren Young has been swift, and from most of his colleagues, very positive. Here's John Cena upon hearing the news.

Other wrestlers have been just as positive.

And here's The Weekly ShoutOUT™. Each week we're going to focus on one out athlete/performer and feature a daily pic and career timeline. We'll be showcasing the big names, but also the lesser-known gay celebs who deserve more recognition. This week we give a ShoutOUT to ... Michael Urie. In 2012, Michael starred as Bud in the second Broadway revival of How To Succeed In Business. Below you can see him with co-star Nick Jonas

Now, presenting ... THE TOP 40 HORROR FILMS OF THE 80'S! Journey with me back to the birth of the Dead Teenager movie (actually, that began in the 70's, so I guess it would be the Afterbirth Of The Dead Teenager Movie), the last gasps of the Italian Horror Masters, and the franchises that still continue today. Yes, your Freddy, Jason, and Chucky will be represented, but I'm also going to pay tribute to the obscurities that deserve to be seen. And here we have the TOP TEN HORROR FILMS OF THE 80'S! At #9 is ... Poltergeist

One of the great special effects extravaganzas of the early 80's, it stills holds up incredibly well thirty years later. As much as I love the set pieces (the pool of skeletons, Jobeth William's ceiling tumble, the ... clown attack (shudder)), It's the little moments I remember the best. The maggots on the chicken leg, the crawling steak, the thunderstorm countdown (for years, I tried using that little trick when lightning flashed). A true classic. TOMORROW'S CLUE - Without a doubt, the ballsiest ending in teen slasher movie history.

Congrats to JohnEd , who was the first to correctly guess that yesterday's Pixuzzle™ © ® was The Prisoner.

Here's today's Pixuzzle™ © ®. Here are characters from a famous TV show. Can you name it?
