Britney Spears Readies Her New Single, "Just Luv Me"

Will this be a return to form for the princess of pop?

First Beyoncé, then Missy—now Britney Spears is teasing new music for her fans.

Though the pop princess has been hard at work preparing for the next leg of her Piece of Me show in Las Vegas, it seems she's also been working on music for a new album, tentatively titled B9.

A new song, "Just Luv Me" was just registered on Broadcast Music's official website.

A few months ago, Britney posted a message on Twitter hinting at the very same track, making a strong case to believe it'll be on the upcoming album.

"Just Luv Me" is co-written and produced by Cashmere Cat, who has worked with Ariana Grande and Kanye West. Spears' last few releases, including the album Britney Jean and the Iggy Azalea assisted "Pretty Girls" have wobbled on the charts. Critics complained Britney Jean was a disappointment because of how impersonal it felt (despite being touted as her "most personal record yet").

B9 could potentially be a return to grandeur for the star, though: Rumors have been circulating for months about the album, with big names attached—from super-producer DJ Mustard to Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels, the songwriting duo behind Justin Bieber's "Sorry" and Selena Gomez's "Good For You."

All we ask is a heads up before you completely slay us, Brit.
