Broadway Bares’ Winter Burlesque Show Raised $35K

Cause why not? (Photo by Danny Roberts)

Broadway Bares: Winter Burlesque racked up a nice $35,428 this past Sunday after two successful shows. The performances — led by half naked men and women — featured over 25 dancers stripping for charity.

The scantily clad dancers showcased their choreographed strip teases at XL Nightclub in NYC at 9PM and then again at 11PM.

Anyone sad about missing out will have a few more opportunities for Broadway Bare shows in May and June. The organization donates their proceeds to Broadway Cares, so you really could tell your significant other you’re spending the night at a fundraiser. Just saying.
