Brooke on George: "He was such a gentleman!"
This is adorable. Brooke Shields visited The Wendy Williams Show this week and since Wendy has gays on the brain (she’s hosting the “A-List: New York” reunion special on Logo this Monday, and she had the A-List cast on her show today), she quizzed Ms. Shields about the fact that, back in the day, Brooke “dated” pop icon George Michael.
This exchange is priceless. Brooke is sweet-as-pie. Get into her bedazzled ’80s look, and when Wendy crows “Look how gay he looks! Did you know he was GAAYYYYYY?” the fab Ms. Shields just snaps back laughing, “I was so disconnected with anything from [the neck] down!”
Soooo cute. “I was such a virgin…” Brooke admits. Then she cracks up again… “and he was such a gentleman!” Oh, it’s the story of thousands of nice gals who went to the prom with the cute, sensitive, theatrical boy in class just hoping for a good-night kiss.
