Caitlyn Jenner Will Appear On "Transparent" Season 3

"A lot of the trans women who work on our show are also in her show," said Jill Soloway.

Caitlyn Jenner will appear on the third season of Transparent, according to the award-winning show’s creator, Jill Soloway.

"We are all part of the same community. A lot of the trans women who work on our show are also in her show, I Am Cait,'" Soloway told the AP at the GLAAD Media Awards on Saturday, where Transparent won Outstanding Comedy Series. "Lots of crossover. Lots of friends."

Jenner was on hand when I Am Cait tied with TLC’s I Am Jazz for Outstanding Reality Program at the awards, and praised her trans sisters in her acceptance speech.

"I just couldn’t stand going through life without all you girls around."

It's not clear what Jenner's role would be, or how many episodes she'd appear in when the show starts filming next month.

"I don’t know if she’d want to act, but we definitely want to incorporate the fact that she came out into this season," Soloway (above, far right) told Variety last summer. "Just to have that base conversation somewhere in a scene, for sure."
