Campaign Launched To Get Lady Gaga, Adele, Lorde And Others To Join Kesha At Pittsburgh Pride

"No one is equal until we are all equal!"

An online petition is encouraging major female pop stars like Lady Gaga, Kelly Clarkson, Lorde and Adele to join Kesha at her performance at Pittsburgh Pride on June 11.

"All of these performers have spoken out publicly for Kesha and her ongoing legal struggles, including the fact that she cannot perform at the Billboard Music Awards," it reads. "All of these performers believe in standing up for women and the LGBT community... After all, no one is equal until we are all equal!"

Lady Gaga has been especially vocal in her support—after Kesha's Billboard performance was nixed by Dr. Luke's Kemosabe Records, Mother Monster took to Twitter.

Since then, Kemosabe Records has given its blessing to Kesha performing at the awards show. But the "Tik-Tok" singer has certainly been through the meat grinder, and what better what to embody Pittsburgh Pride's theme of "Together We Are Stronger" than a superstar female lineup?

The full list of artists named in the campaign includes Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift, Adele, Lorde, Janelle Monae, Kelly Clarkson, and Sara Bareilles. Sign and read more about the petition here.
