Cut to Carly Rae Jepsen Guest Judging on “RuPaul’s Drag Race”?

🎵I really, really, really, really like Ru!🎵

Everyone knows that the gays love Carly Rae Jepsen—a fact proven true if you have ever attended a CRJ concert.

The Canadian pop songstress became even more of a gay icon when one of her songs was featured as a lip-sync-for-your-life on the 10th season of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

In a new video, where Carly Rae is forced into a staring contest with Buzzfeed’s gay employees (LOL), one of her surprised fans asks if she would ever consider being a guest judge on an upcoming season of Drag Race.

“I would love to,” she responds excitedly. “If you’re listening, that’s a yes. Just call me,” CRJ says to the camera. Are you listening, Ru? Don’t call her maybe—call Carly Rae definitely!

She could be the latest in a long line of pop divas like Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, and Christina Aguilera to grace the Drag Race mainstage.

I write about drag queens. Dolly Parton once ruffled my hair and said I was "just the cutest thing ever."
