Carson Kressley Confirms He Dated An NFL Star Who Played In The Super Bowl

Not all gay men are "doing hair and arranging flowers!"

Carson Kressley randomly revealed he once dated former NFL defensive tackle Esera Tuaolo while being pressed by a TMZ paparazzo at LAX yesterday, apparently in an attempt to debunk the disastrous camerawoman's repeated insistence that "gay men can't play football."

"I once went out with a football player who was actually in the Super Bowl," Carson told the cackling woman. "So there."

Kressley said he's still very good friends with Tuaolo, who publicly came out as gay in 2002 after his retirement.

Smiling, the RuPaul's Drag Race main stage judge and former Queer Eye star powered through an even more offensive line of questioning.

"There's this idea that maybe they're only good at cleaning and cooking, and doing hair!" the TMZ camerawoman screamed, to which Kressley jokingly replied, "…doing hair, and arranging flowers!"

Saying he thought Tuaolo was perhaps a better football player than a star at any domestic tasks, Kressley added, "But he's awfully nice and can sing and do other things!"
